French pianist and composer Sofiane Pamart links up with Afrobeats star Rema on the cinematic record “Moviestar.”

The track is a unique blend of classical piano and contemporary Afropop, with Sofiane Pamart’s signature keys laying a rich, emotional foundation. The instrumental feels grand and atmospheric, giving the song a film-like quality that lives up to its title.

Rema steps in with a smooth, melodic performance, delivering lyrics that center on love, desire, and admiration. His vocal approach is calm and expressive, fitting perfectly into the elegant arrangement while adding a modern edge.

“Moviestar” stands out for its fusion of styles, balancing classical composition with mainstream appeal. The piano remains the driving force, while subtle percussion and ambient elements support the overall sound.

There’s no additional featured artist beyond Rema, and while detailed production credits aren’t widely highlighted, Sofiane Pamart’s influence is clearly at the core of the track’s composition.

The song may be part of a larger project or exist as a standalone collaboration, showcasing both artists’ versatility.

“Moviestar” is a refined, genre-blending piece that offers something different—bridging worlds with a sound that feels both intimate and cinematic.
